Below is a brief snapshot of projects that I have held either Project Director and / or Project Management responsibility. I have a track record that includes the delivery of multimillion-dollar infrastructure projects, management of major public-private partnerships, and the strategic leadership of commercial and non-profit organisations. I have also had a variety of challenging international executive roles where I have demonstrated my capacity to deliver strong results.
Projects Portfolio
Downstream Oil & Gas - Global Operations
From 2012-2016 I have held national and global operations roles that led the delivery of procurement, safety, cost, quality, controls, project management, asset management and category management across 17 countries worldwide.
Transport Infrastructure - Solomon Islands
In 2011 I was charged with mobilising 20 national & 20 expat specialist into the Solomon Islands to plan, desing and build national transport infrastructure. This also included the design and implementation of a capacity building program to leave long term sustainable options for the local commuity.
High Rise Architectural Fit-Out
This exciting project invloved demolition, design, construction, relocation of 10,000sq meters of high rise in 9 months. This also included the change managment processes for seamlessly moving 900 staff, all PC's and belongings fully commissioned within 48hrs.
Electrical Infrastructure
Leading the design and construction management of hundreds of kilometers of transmission and distribution lines includes several interconnecting sub-stations. This also included developing detailed environmental mitgation strategies and community liason plans.
Hospital Infrastructure
As I started my career as a health professional I have a unique perspective on what is required for the building of health infrastructure. I have held both project manager and director roles for brown field and green field hospital developments, which included stakeholder consultation, design and constrction management across New Zealand and Australia.
Social Infrastructure - Africa
I have held several roles from company director through to construction manager building social infrastructure across Botswana.
Director of Projects - Asia
In my role as Director of Projects - Asia, I was to lead the governance of all aspects of project delivery across all sectors of a $500M capital delivery business per annum. Ensuring profitable delivery inline with best practice project and programme delivery and asset management processes.
Enterprise Programme Manager (GM Projects) New Zealand
I lead project delivery excellence and work towards enhancing, building a sustainable project delivery practice globally, and the management of a large portfolio of assets across the operation. The Enterprise Program Management role is to develop a way of thinking, communicating and working, that organizes the organization’s resources in a direct relationship to the leadership's vision, mission, strategy, goals and objectives that move the organization forward.
